Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HalloweenRap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of the Service

HalloweenRap turns a photo you upload into a short AI-generated Halloween rap video. English rap vocals and music are generated automatically; camera moves and performance gestures are selected by the service to match your chosen video length. You choose a video length and aspect ratio; the output resolution is fixed by the service.

AI-Generated Content

Videos, rap vocals, music, and lyrics are generated by AI. Results vary and may not match your photos or expectations: appearance, styling, motion, and lip-sync may contain imperfections, and we cannot guarantee specific lyrics, wording, meaning, or performance details. These differences are not technical generation failures. We do not offer lyric or audio upload, and we do not automatically regenerate videos you dislike.

Your Uploads

You may upload one JPG, PNG, or WebP image per field. Images are processed to a maximum long edge of 1024 pixels and must stay under 2 MB after processing. You must have the rights to use every photo you upload, and you are responsible for the content of your uploads.

Credits, Payment, and Refunds

• Videos are paid with credits. Credit packs and their prices are shown on the Credits page at the time of purchase.
• Credits expire 365 days after they reach your account. Each purchase has its own expiry date; buying more credits does not extend older credits.
• Each generation is charged once, based on the video length you select, at the cost shown before you submit.
• Credit packs are non-refundable. If a technical error prevents your video from being generated, the credits deducted for that generation are returned with their original expiry dates; this is a credit return, not a cash refund.
• We do not automatically retry failed generations. Creating a new video is always a separate, paid action.

Photos and Videos

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored on Cloudflare R2 and served from public URLs; anyone with the exact link can access a file. Files are not deleted automatically. You can delete an uploaded photo by removing it in the creation form and delete a generated video in My videos. Task, credit, and order records are retained for accounting purposes. Copies you download to your devices are outside our control.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of any party, including images of people used without appropriate permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or to other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Service Availability and Changes

We provide the service as-is and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. Where reasonable, we give notice of material changes.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You remain responsible for how you use generated videos.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update.
