Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how HalloweenRap ("we", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and AI video generation service. By using the service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

1. Account Information — When you sign in (via Google or email), we store your name, email address, and profile image as provided by the sign-in service.
2. Photos You Upload — The person, scene, and look reference photos you upload to create videos.
3. Generated Videos — The videos generated for your account.
4. Task and Transaction Records — Records of your video generations, credit balance and history, and purchase orders. These records support billing and account features and are kept even after media files are deleted.
5. Technical Data — Session cookies required to keep you signed in, and basic usage data. Optional analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the consent banner.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate, play, and deliver your videos and to manage your uploads.
• To maintain your credit balance and process credit-pack purchases.
• To respond to support requests and to detect, prevent, and address abuse.

Photos, Videos, and AI Processing

• Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored on Cloudflare R2 and are served from public URLs. Anyone who has the exact link to a file can access it. The links are not listed publicly, but if you want a file to stay private, do not share its link.
• We do not delete your media automatically. You can delete an uploaded photo by removing it in the creation form, and delete a generated video in My videos. Deleting media removes the stored file; your task, credit, and order records remain.
• To generate a video, the URLs of the photos you provided and the text prompt assembled from your choices are sent to our AI provider (fal.ai), which processes them to produce the video under its own policies. We do not control how long third-party providers retain the data they process, and deletion in our service cannot delete copies held by third parties.

Payments

Checkout and payment handling are provided by our payment processor (Waffo). We receive order and transaction records such as your email, the pack purchased, and the amount. We do not store your card details.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the providers that operate the service — AI generation (fal.ai), storage and hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Waffo), and sign-in (Google) — and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data Security

We use encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

• You can delete your uploaded photos and generated videos at any time within the service.
• You can review your credit history and order records in your account settings.
• To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, contact us as described below. We respond as required by applicable law.

Children

The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update.
